There is always some risk when you make any investment. In all of the deals that I acquire, I inspect and complete a proprietary due diligence process.
I strive to understand the fundamentals of a company- what drives its revenues, sales, and growth. After closing a deal, my goal is to make sure the business has the best chance to grow and provide you with additional income every month.
